About
My name is Salvattore del Pozo, but everyone calls me Tore.
Born in Miami, shaped by Bolivia, and currently based in Mexico City, I’ve grown up between cultures—learning early how to listen, adapt, and communicate with intention. That multicultural lens is at the core of how I think about brands, people, and stories. I don’t believe great work comes from shouting louder. It comes from understanding deeper.
I’m a Creative Director and brand storyteller with a background in leading audiovisual teams, building campaigns from the first spark to final execution, and translating strategy into work that actually connects. I’ve partnered with brands across categories like food, lifestyle, finance, health, sports, and culture—always with a focus on craft, clarity, and emotional relevance. I care as much about how something is made as why it exists.
My work lives at the intersection of creativity, efficiency, and empathy. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, optimized workflows, embraced new tools (including AI), and pushed for ideas that feel human in an increasingly automated world. I’m comfortable in the chaos of ideation and just as invested in the discipline of execution—because good storytelling deserves both.
Outside of agency life, I write poetry, photograph everyday moments, and build personal projects under Beyond the Narrative, where I explore mental health, identity, creativity, and the quiet things we don’t talk about enough. Mental health isn’t a side interest for me—it’s a responsibility. The way we work, lead, and communicate has real impact on people, and I take that seriously.
I believe brands are at their best when they’re honest, culturally aware, and emotionally grounded. When they stop performing and start resonating. That’s the work I aim to create—and the teams I aim to build.
Still obsessed with soccer. Still collecting sneakers. Still convinced an ice-cold Coca-Cola solves more problems than it should.
